Can try looking for Edwin or just about anyone else... just go up to their showroom... I also drive a jap saloon there never get discriminated at all. He even brought me down and show me all the gauges installed in different positions in all the sports car parks below.
SAFC 2 won't gain you much BHP... max at around 10 and you don't really have to install it unless you've mod your air-intake, fuel injector, etc.
Would set you back at $650 including tuning and installing.
If you wanna install that just for show... I suggest you go for RSM? Cheaper and quite a few nifty functions like sprint timings, g-force measurement and digital speedo blah blah blah
