Flashing Light after a bend after woodland check point.

right after singapore custom there is a bend after the little hump...
i got flashed while traveling at a speed of 70km/h to 80km/h..
don't izzit speed camera or what..
i had asked the custom officer(sg) while checking my vehicle when i came back from the north island...
anyone know is there camera?
still a bit scary, left 4 point on the first day i got my vehicle(just got it)...
new licence...
