  ya, dun need to pay...but the last time I went in there, download is quite slow averaging about 3kb/s. One clip can take from 20MB to 80MB, so be prepared to leave you computer on overnight...
  
  Also, they cut a certain review out and upload, not the full whole top gear episope.
