recommaded to change to steel piping cold air intake?

  Hi people,
  
  need your experts advice. I was thinking of changing the stock airbox of my nissan sunny to those steel piping air intake with a filter head/filter cone. Is this recommanded?
  
  does it affect the FC of the car greatly, or what are the advantages and disadvantages?
  
  Recommanded brands?? thank guys.

  no point la...sunny doesnt have very good pick up already....maybe u should juz change the paper filter to a k&n filter...it'll improve pick up.... and it works really good in auto car

  Do u mean OPen pod type?
  
  Shorter pipe = better high end torque
  Longer pipe = better low end torque
