Anyone try the Air Purifier / Ionizer by Maier? It's called the Sport Autonizer.

I think it looks cool and the Negative ions produced are effective against allergies, asthma, sinusitis, eczema, odours , smoke, air contaminates etc.
Negative ions also balance serotonin in the body, and people tend to feel more alert, stable and energized in the presence of negative ions. It has an permanent filter and works either on just AA size batteries ot using the 12V plu provided.

Yes, I got one for my car.
It is So-So only. It is only activate with vibration sensor. Meaning that the car 'jerk' or shake, that the ionizer remain on, otherwise, it will goes standby mode...
It also needs battery to have the red blinking light when power supply is switch off. Battery need to changes abt every 3 months... -
I think their latest improved version is better.
The motion sensor function has been removed and it will automatically turn on when the engine is on and off when the engine is off.
More user friendly....the dust/dirt are all collected at the collection rings in front of the unit. -
