From my knowledge, Mersaratis are never as 'expensive' as ferraris. It's more inclined towards the Porsche range. Ermmm around dat of the 911 Carrera?
It still lies in the sub-$500k region la
Thats because only a "towkay" here in sg would buy big cars like these and you know what their choices are already.. merc & bimmers .Originally posted by subarugal:ok ok.. so it means still consider as an expensive car rite ?

Yes, i agree. It actually fit nicely into the segment of "a sporty luxury car", something like a S55 AMG, which emphasis more on the sport aspect but it cannot be said that luxury was sacrified.Originally posted by AF1:Well, the Quattroporte was on display at ngee ann city not too long ago with other Italian makes. I must say that this car is rather special and it does not appeal to the masses like how the BMW 7 series and Mercedes S class does. If you were to ask a car noob whether he/she knows what is a Maserati, chances are that they won't know. Therefore in this brand conscious society like what Singapore is, Maseratis will always be rare and only for the exclusive who are able to appreciate Italian cars. If you were to take a closer look at the gear shift of the Quattroporte, you will realise it is not like your conventional auto.Known as the duo-select transmission which is also found on Maserati Spyders and Coupes but known as Cambiocorsa. The Quattroporte is also fitted with Brembo brakes if I am not wrong

Yeah and like the MERC CLS.. But i don't like the quattroporte's driver's cockpit & the centre console. It doesn't look italian to me.. The wood trim looks very old..Originally posted by free4ever:Yes, i agree.
