  this is what was posted in 'what the speed limit should be on an empty highway in singapore' - the speed limit should be set by the government.
  and they have a reason to set it there. so just follow it.
  as a singaporean.... you shouldn't ask so much question and post so many idea.
  the government have all settle everything for us liao. so just listen to them.
