focus: nice handling, decent engine, funtional interior, reasonable fc. looks..... juz dun like the estate version.
civic: nice handling, decent engine, functional but dull interior, good fc, outdated looks.

advice: if u plan on buying 1st hand and selling in 2 years, be prepared to lose half of the amount dat u downed excluding all the installments u would have paid by then. better off buying 2nd hand unless u plan 2 drive the car for at least half the period of ur loan term.
