where to buy seat belts

  Hello guys,
  
  Any good places to buy front seat safety belt and at wat cost. Was quoted 95 bucks in bukit merah. Mine have just snapped off. No need fanciful ones as long it serves it main purpose. Driving a toyota starlet.
