but this july coe price is starting to pick up again.. so guess it wil increase to bout $20,000??? by year end

COE ~ as long PAP in power and MA BOA TAN around(COE is his baby)... COE will be the way for SG'rean'
at low prices because they know you had a pay cut. in order for you to carry on bidding at what you can affort, they had keep the price at this level.
do you really think ppl are so rich now to bid at kuku price? what car most ppl buy anyway? siao?
all those buying should come together and agreed that they will bid at $50. those who need it most should get 1st and the rest without the qouta can wait for next mth so on and so for. ain't it great that way? but no...
