This my important advice to whoever interested in getting mazda 3:
Firstly, pls think twice before buying mazda 3 reasons are that car has no power and the performance is also sucks.. Secondly, the FC is also like drinking water.., even a normal suzuki swift are better than mazda 3.. really regret if you own it..Originally posted by limherny:Hi! But of course if u compare Mazda 3 to ur BM(2 wheels) is really under power n FC is high... For tat i agreed.

hmm. i must agree that the mazda 3 is a lil slow when setting off with full load.. but it gets ok after that. FC wise.. its not the best of a average sedan.. but overall, its a nice car with very nice interiors.

In any case, I'm also driving a Mz3. The power to weight ratio is indeed poor, if you were to compare it to a Civic or Altis. But what you get is excellent ride and handling.
As for FC, I'm getting about 13 - 14km/l. Of course, it depends very much on your right foot. And my car is stock. -

18 kms in over a year since registration sounds dubious duncha think? 18,000 kms sounds more legit....... -
I think the 18km was actually referring to 18k km. He put up the same ad in Mazda Club, with pics some more...

well i test driven my friends mazda 3... hrmm i can say ...i think its body is heavy leh thats why the pick up a bit slow den can feel the car is heavy loh...
but exterior very nice suitable for my age sia... kekeke
hrmm fc is ard there lah....
but japanese made leh... so what else u wana expect....the quality should be there lah.
