  HEy ~ i juz passed my lisc, n my dad is ready to buy mi a car. i was intending to buy a 2nd hand car first cuz i dun tink i will really drive the same car for more den a 2-3 years la. But when i went to a car-mart n see the 2nd cars, the jargons the promoters used r too chim for mi a gal to understand la..so i was wondering if anyone can tell mi wat the followings stands for and wat it means.

  From my understanding:
  
  1) Original Motorcar Value - car price excluding ARF and COE
  
  2) P??? Additional Registration Fees - what you get back after 10 years.
  
  3) PaperValue - 55% of OMV

  When you buy 2nd hand car, be very careful....do not be deceived by the appearance of the car / engine alone...
  
  Ensure they are check by certified mechanics that the car is road worthy and not much engine proble etc...
  
  especially if i had been in a accident or not
