can any one tell me if going in a straight road and not gaving way when not enough time is rite or wrong?

Giving way is basic courtesy.
Right or wrong will depends on who has the right of way. Usually going straight will have the right of way, unless of course there is a stop line which requires you to give way to vehicles from the side such as uncontrolled junction or in some car park area -

Cos of the wat following 2 sec rule..but in ur case of ppl suddenly cut into ur lane, if u bang, can fight, if under some insurance, is 50/50 claim own insurance.. -
Rule of thumb, he come into your lane and didn't squeeze in in time, his fault. Physically would be you bang his side. If you bang his rear, you are at fault, for failing to keep a safety distance or being unable to guide correctly. He will always say you are at fault and vi versa. So just stat your own accord, and his his own into the accident report form and let the inspectors solve it out. I kanna once, I would say it is clearing his fault (he filtering left into my lane). Anyway, after that I always drive defensively (like as and when they will just shoot out, always give way to those who signal whenever possible). My little car can't take another shock!

Not as in promote dangerous driving arises from the assurance of "right of way", but to remind others not to forcefully take that "right" away.

he should slow down or stop if necessary and wait for his turn to filter in to the lane he want to filter into. thats what i always do. if kanna road infront is blocked, i will slow down and wait if necessary to filter into next lane. never force into other lane. if i go next lane, i will comfirm i can go in without causing the on coming car to jam brake. -
you should have reversed your car back 15 metres, revved up the engine to maximum speed, disengage handbrake & clutch & ram it straight back into the side of his stupid car...assuming he's going to b.itch about it, might as well cause maximum damage to teach the stupid motherfu.cker not to simply pull into a straight road from a side lane...
