S/CC car prefix plates?

anyway saw S/CC car prefix plates? i saw one S9966CC on Lentor Ave. it's surprising since as far as we know, all diplomat vehicles use S/CD.
anybody saw S/CC car prefixes as well? -
S/CC is THE CAR of the diplomat himself... S/CD simply means it belongs to the embassy... or belongs to the 1st secretary or whoever else la...

S/CC are driven by diplomat from Taiwan Rep office (PSA Building)in Singapore. Is it a ES300 you have seen?

actually.... S/CC is for countries whose representation in singapore is only by a consul or countries where representation by ambassadors causes political problems (eg, taiwan).
S/CD is for countries who is represented by Ambassadors.
hmm... let's compile a list of car plates of s/cc or s/cd because the first 2 digit is the country code.
eg. S29XXCD is indonesia. .. S19XXCD is USA.. etc etc. -
