  Hi,
  
  Anyone knows given 100 dollars, what is the best car security devices to get?
  E.g. like a wheel lock, additional alarm system..etc..
  
  Also If I am interested in a wheel lock, then what the price range I am looking into and where to get it.

  S$100 can't get you any decent alarm system. You might well be looking at steering wheel locks, pedal locks. Or maybe change to quick-release steering wheel, can take your wheel where ever you go.

  can buy a very good padlock + 10 m chain.

  Learn from Mr Bean, take out your steering wheel n bring it with u when u leave the car.
