car insurance

  hi,can anyone help me out..
  
  currently looking at a car(with less than a yr COE left).The car is going to be 20 yrs old.If i'm paying full for the car (ard $2700),do i have to buy insurance and is it legal to drive the car without insurance?

  It always illegal operating a vehicle without a valid insurance.

  yup...agree...coz der's one incident...dunno hw d tp find out abt one of my colleagues no car insurance...dey actually come dwn to d office n tow away his car....

  around 3k yes. my dad added on another insurance policy holder, me, for his car. even though it's under his name.. around there..

  I always thought road tax and insurance goes hand in hand? Have to get insurance before you get road tax, is that why the TP found out? No road tax.

  hmm...not sure about dat..but it kinda like took me by surprise wen d tp actually came into d office n look for him...r they supposed to dat..i doubt so...

  they refer to the youngest driver ... if your dad din add you in ... his insurance will be much cheaper
