Sorry to burst your bubble, but Singapore has already dropped its bid. It seems that the powers-that-be decided that it wasn't worth the trouble and money i.e. It won't make enough $$.
As for a tem, I understand that someone is trying to set one up, but the cost of entering is very high, and sponsers are tough to find.
Looks like motor-racing in Singapore is a dead issue. Singapore would rather back F1 power-boating cos there is less infra-structure work i.e less cost.
