wif regard to the question, my friend driving the rex told me this. He say his car damn noisy after getting the 1.6bar boost.
wat he meant ?? is it the metal bar across the engine was he reffering to ? -

Yup, that bar weight exactly 1.6 kg and that is why they call it 1.6bar. The noise actually comes from the vibration of the bar. the louder the noise will mean more boost. Hrm... read somewhere that you'll need to balance the front bar with a rear one too... otherwise, wait your front is too heavy, your car's handling will suffer...

for rex boost at 1.6 bar is very kong bu liao...1.4bar already very knn....
so may i ask u a qus, wat model of turbo he use to get 1.6 bar of booost...he drive wrx or sti...??? his booost come at wat rpm, end at wat rpm....u sit inside cannot be dunno mah....tis qus is only drive rex ppl then will know..or always got sit rex ppl....

It means he boost his tyres pressure to 1.6bar. This will increase noise but makes the car go faster.
