Anywhere can duplicate car keys affordably?

but think of it, some cars with Viper cannot be opened without the REMOTE thingy...
i tried opening my dad's car with the key thingy (when i havent officially got my set of car keys YET) and the alarm just kept RINGING and RINGING and RINGING...
there's just no way of duping remote stuff ainit? just for interest's sake.... -

You are duplicating the car keys or those with remote??
If only the car keys there is one at boon lay Pl. (i believe you staying at boon lay area right?)
Or what you can do will be call 1900 7777777 and ask for location nearest to you.
