Pump Price increase again!!!

SINGAPORE, 29 August 2005. Effective from 6:00pm today, retail pump prices for Synergy petrol at all 77 Esso and Mobil service stations in Singapore will increase by nine cents a litre.
The following prices will apply to our various grades of petrol:

Synergy diesel remains unchanged at $1.17 per litre.
This increase in petrol prices is primarily due to high crude oil and wholesale petrol prices. The price of crude oil is at record high levels. In the past year, retail prices have not kept pace with the sharp increase in wholesale product prices. We have tried, for as long as we can, to shield our customers from this increase.
We continue to offer a 6% petrol discount at all 77 Esso and Mobil service stations with an additional 4% discount available to all Smiles Members. Furthermore, Esso MasterCard, Esso Mobil Privilege Card, Esso Mobil Easipay Card and Mobil Easipay Card and Esso Mobil Fleet Card customers enjoy a supplementary 1% petrol discount.

how to top petrol if we need minimum 3/4 full? u mean every 2-3 days go jb pump once? very troublesome leh.
just bought a new car, thought it is wrong time to buy now. should wait till price drop first... -

Anyway, MY is going to raise pump prices as well very soon -
shell around my area has not raised the price yet. Not sure about SPC, caltex etc
All may raise later today.
