It's my wife who wants to have a look at it. We're still looking around and we haven't decided yet on the car yet.... I wasn't even sure if the Smart is actually available here. I guess it's not, which is probably a blessing since it will probably be too expensive anyway (as wbucket pointed out).Originally posted by wbucket:I seems to recall it being in the range of a 6-digit number. To thread starter:
Anyway, don't think it is justified to buy it because of fuel price increase. With that money, you can easily buy tanks and tanks for fuel. Just get a Kelisa or Picanto lah. Cheap and not fuel-thirsty.

- u r only able to import directly nw. they used 2 bring in but sales totally nt gd. which version r u looking at?Originally posted by Blockhead:Hi All,
Am hoping the kind people on this forum can help.
My wife and I are currently looking for a 2nd car. We're actually looking for a small car that is easy to park, drive and is reliable. It doesn't really need to carry much, aside from ferrying her to and from her workplace (plus her laptop and gym bag). Also, the high fuel prices has gotten us thinking that a small (or tiny) car would be great.
We have seen a few Smart cars (the micro-minis that seat two) running around and my wife has promptly gotten it into her head that she really likes it, and wants to try one out. Unfortunately we haven't been able to find out where they sell these in Singapore. Could anyone help to point us in the right direction, please?
I have attached a picture of a Smart car below.
Thanks in advance!
If you are thinking about fuel......Originally posted by Goondu74:Heard its close to 100K, rather buy WRX man for that price.
Prehaps Jazz is a better choice! Shape wise is the same, up front is lower. FC also good!Originally posted by johncooper:$74,000 (inclusive of COE)......
