Nissan Sunny 1.6FL manual jerking at half clutch

  Hi Guys
  
  Anyone having this problem at half clutch. The moment I changed to 2nd gear and released the clutch half way it start to vibrate, but once I released fully it start to jerk. Recently I just completed my 5K servicing and complaint to them about this problem and the engineer told me they had readjust the clutch, but after I drove for about a week. The problem came back again.
  
  Just can't figure out what wrong with this problem. If anyone having this problem please feedback to me. Is this a normal problem in Sunny ?????

  change gear at wat rpm?
  
  my guess is either a warped flywheel or a clutch out of alignment/ uneven wear.

  How do you treat your clutch? Everytime you change gear, do you smell burnt clutch?

  I change my clutch around 2K to 2.3K RPM. This is just a 2 months own car I don't think the clutch worn out so fast.
  
  There is no burning smell on the engine comparment also. Hope to hear more info on this problem.

  Sunny half clutch is rather high.
  I think it is the problem of controlling.....
  Maybe u can add a bit more petrol

  2-2.3k? try change gear at 3k then from 1st 2 2nd. see if dat helps.
  
  if it doesn't, u may have to get tan chong 2 tear open ur gearbox n check for the problems i listed in my first post since it's still under warranty. manufacturer defects do occur even for new cars. all it takes is some poor QC and some bad bedding in habits for a new clutch to screw it all up.
