i just bought a kia rio. Wanted to take 100%, but the bank only approve 95%. It does look at my payslip, though i dun understand why here only 95% when mazda can guarantee me 100%.
What you can do is some distributor can swap your credit card for that 5% on 0% istallment for 24month. Think that is the way for cashless ppl to buy car like me...
But i'm civil sewrvent, so not worry abot losing job. haha... -

for the current situation... most r doing abt 80%-90% loan of the market price of the car depending on your profile.
As for quantam, it is 40% of your gross pay or if it is the Income Tax assessment den they will take the amt. u declare divide by 12 and 40% of that amt.
for profile, they will look at your company, how long u work there and how stable is your income. -

Still as iron as ever! A teacher friend just tell us, even if the performance super slack, due to the large amount of paper work involved, they rather just transfer him/her out after 2 years. bingo, i am a teacher. Bowl even if not iron, also copper. When have you seen a teacehr been retrenched? Very hard, almost impossible unless go and mingle with gal students. If performance slack, school will also try not to give you a "D" grade for 3 consecutive years one lah.
Back to topic, my 95% loan mean i fork out $2500. Somemore, got bonus all these things, so not too hard to maintain a car, just that maybe wont have savings larh... -
