I use GPS to mark fishing spot. There is not much use on Singapore Roads I think. Need open sky to function. Even under Trees also sometime cannot get signal.

had a gps system for a while. it gave me the strangest routes

GPS cm wif sin map but not m`sia. to get m`sia pay extra 70 - 80. but to buy only m`sia map and not sin oso abt same price. u do the maths.

not too bad just that if i use navi to places that i know of sometimes i can get there faster using my own routes sometimes it gives me like a 5 min detour

i remember there is this thing where by the map is being displayed on the windscreen while you are driving.
but of course the map is translucent can still see whats in front of you one.
but singapore dont allow that. -

Acquiring a GPS navigator for vehicles in Singapore, makes no practical or economical sense.
But if your're living in New Zealand, or just Malaysia, YES, GPS is handy.

I think for some it'll be useful la. esp for inexp ppl like me.. got lost dunno how many times on e road liao.. even got road directory oso cannot find..
maybe after like a yr of constant driving n getting lost, it'll be better la -
