Where for high quality car repary?

Thank you any kind soul would help me with the following questions about repraying my car.
No, I did not get into any accident. Just very tired of my car paint work recently and seriously looking for a respray shop, however, got this following doubts that I hope someone can help me with.
The original paint work on any given car is of course the best, since it was sprayed before anything was assembled. So I was wondering, if there is a local spray company that would actually give me a equal quality like how new car is like.
Will they sand down the car before they spray or they would just spray over the existing paint work?
Will they actually reach others part which is inside, that requires dismantling of the car's carpet or plastic and also the inside of the doors and bonnet?
Is there a shop that I can go to which will give the best quality and of course at a reasonable price...

No, they usually won't remove carpets, seats and all that. You prob can request, but it will cost $$$$. The labour required is quite a lot. By itself, workshops already charge for labour for removing seat, removing dashboard, remove carpet etc... imagine doing all. Prob can get bulk price, but at least few hundred. Also, dunno if they put back nicely.
They usually don't sandpaper also, but can request, costs $$$$.
Normally they will spray exterior, engine bay, door internal lining, boot internal etc.. good enough.
Why bother to strip everything then spray? Half of the places will never see sunlight again. Waste $$. -
Good apray painters will paint every nook and cranny. So dont be misled by what others mentioned here.
If u can afford, Ah Long, @ Pandan, above Lamboghini Showroom, is the most expensive and the best IMHO. Average wait time 2-3 months.
Cheaper ones will be AMK Autopoint, 4th Floor, Phua Spray Painting, PIC = Ronnie.
Another one will be Jong Wah Spray Painting, Sin Min Autocare 5th FLoor, Ah Boon.
They are perfectionist at work and takes pride. Cheap paint means lousy lacquer. You pay peanuts u get monkey.

Obviously "good" ones will do a good job la. What mislead or no mislead. Some shop even dun bother to talk much. You just tell them respray, wat colour and they ask u pass u the keys and come back 1 week later. They dun ask whether u want inside bonnet la, door sill la, sand off old paint first la etc...
So if you din specify properly, expect the basic which is just spray over old paint and prob engine bay and door linings.
btw, not everytime peanuts get monkey and if using TT Durai $600k peanuts means get good quality. Some times pay $1700 still get monkey. Sometimes $600 come out damn sui, pearl/chameleon type and good workmanship (seen before, power). So don't be misled also. haha.
But if ppl got testimonial of a certain place which is exp and good as well, then more or less it should be safe. But ensure that it is the 'tou shou' doing the painting. Sometimes a shop got 3-4 painters, 1 is damn good but the rest do farked up job. So cannot just follow workshop name, more important is the painter himself. -
I would like to have pretty good quality at reasonable price, not to the extend of dirt cheap, just as long as I don't get chopped!
I think $1,500 is quite reasonable to me if someone can recommend a shop that is reputable with good 'painters'. -
Try City Auto at Blk 13, Sin Ming Drive. They do great paint job and is authorised svc centre for Mazda. price is reasonable also. look for the boss, Mr Quek.
