Would like to ask if i get a renewed coe car now, and a few years down the road i wish to dereg and scrap the car, would i still got back the remaining COE value cash? or everything will be gone except getting the scrap value $$ back?
Just the scrap, which usually includes the remaining COE left..... but very little.
Forget to add, that is provided you scrapped before your COE expire......
