  Just wonder wat's d difference and wat it actually does for the car huh?

  Voltage Stab, stablises your voltage output. Logic is a capacitor that charge and discharge to smooth out your voltage changes.
  
  Grounding wires, use to ground your engine bay to drain off eddy current. Basically works to complete the circuit to provide a less-noise system.
