Licence Plate Suffix Checker

  grab the new licence plate suffix checker with SG? prefixes added here.
  
  instructions:
  
  1. save target as to your mIRC directory (usually C:\mIRC).
  2. open mIRC.
  3. type "/load -rs liccheck.txt".
  4. press F11 to start.
  
  a windows app is in the pipeline but not so fast.

  anyway, to add on, doubtful prefixes like SGH, SGN, SGP and SGT are in.
