Buy only when u hv done ur sums and sure u can afford it. Petrol & ERP are likely to continue to head north.
Alternative mode of transport are Goods Vehicle particularly diesel ones.
Or used vehicles 3 years or older but again work out ur sum on the PARAF rebate.
