Looking for auto cars

  Can anyone recommend any auto cars(1st or 2nd hand doesnt matter).
  Just 2 criteria
  1) Below 100K
  2) Relatively decent performance & outlook
  
  Help is greatly appreciated

  Hmm...Would the Subaru Legacy be better?
  I heard WRX is cheaper...do they have AT for it?
  or are there more "value for money" ones out there?

  theres no AT for WRX leh.....
  
  legacy got lots of versions... those really power ones costs more than 100K leh....

  Anyway..... 100K , u can get different ranges of cars, ranging from 1L car to 2L+ cars, from sports coupes to MPVs to normal sedans... ranging from 50bhp to 170++bhp....

  I don't know how you define comfort either.... your citerias are quite vague too.. it's very hard to give reccomendations : ) maybe you can buy a car mag and read up on their pricing and specs.... different people have different preference.. : )

  just that since my dad is buying me 1 i intend to get 1 that can last without much problem...

  Firstly.. if your budget is 100K.. you need to ask yourself if your insurance is going to be within this payable amount. Take note of youre nos of years in experience in obtaining a licence and driving a car and also your age.
  
  If you are below 25.. Expect a high insurance policy.
  
  Next, there are cars in the market which are cheap these days. Go for a 1st hand one cause the cost of maintaining a 2nd hand one.. plus tax and insurance is going to add up to the price of the cheapest 1st hand car..
  
  Go for cars like Nissan, Subaru, Toyota, Honda or Lancer. These cars are more economical and fuel saving. If you wanna a little power in your car.. consider Honda or Toyota.. Engine has been good and reliable.
  
  If you are interested to go into a little classy, go for Subaru or Lancer where modification parts can be found easily..
  
  Nissan cars are usually for the budget concious where pple just want them from home to work.

  I think more than half of all models on the road in SGP fits your budget. Maybe you can check with boi86. But his budget is higher at 170K.
  
  if you are serious in getting a car and advise, you'll need to do some homework to define your requirement in more details

  Here are a few good and available choices:
  
  - 2003 Mercedes Benz C180ML Coupe (100k for a merc )
  - 2001 BMW 318 CI Coupe (confirm babe magnet)
  - 2002 Nissan Fairlady 350Z (another babe magnet)
  - 2002 Honda Integra Type-R (power is raw)
