As we know Renault is a major shareholder of Nissan.
There was a report on this car in the latest issue of "Car Buyer" (the free car magazine which can be found in showrooms, etc). I got mine from Autobacs today.
Here's what it says.....
NISSAN BLUEBIRD SELPHY
This is essentially the replacement for the current Sunny, although its name hasn't yet been confirmed for Singapore. Built on a platform shared by the Renault Megane, its one of the biggest models in its class, measuring 4,610mm from bumper to bumper, while its long 2,700mm wheelbase means there's plenty of rear legroom (ahhhh...save money on hotel again

).
Nissan says the car was designed around the same "Modern Living" concept used for the Cefiro and the two models do look similar from certain angles. Its certainly more upmarket than the current Sunny, with big seats and plush materials dominating the cabin. This was the report from the recent Tokyo Motor Show....and the chick at the top of the same page looks not too bad too....
