rim nuts rusty...help

  well, i would advice u to buy new set if ur the nuts really is rusty...
  
  cos if u happen to corner hard or do e-brake, wat will happen if the nut break into half or come off...the whold wheel come off, directly make ur fender go out of shape, the if the under carriage rub against the tarmac, wat will happen u can think yourself & the price to repair..

  Rusting = material wear and tear, = less material, = less structural integrity

  touch up paint will never do a proper job of sealing the metal against atmospheric corrosives. might as well go with a new set of nuts (no pun intended)
