This is a case of an accident. The start of the story is totally meaningles and irrelevant in the case of an accident. Like I said, this is not a murder case where the nature of action would be a crucial information since almost all murderers have motives. Maybe i should not have make the point of kaypo this word. I understand what you mean but in the first place why he want to test the car? Did he think about it? He has no need to new car because he has brand new one just few months old not even half a year. Anyway i'm just here to type out how i feel, anyone has right to make a point. Some may think is his fault, some may not. I may sound like harsh but from my side if the man would have think before he test the car that he is not even well know in and knewing he has a new car already, "maybe" this won't happen now. -

No.1, your understanding of a fast car i presume is purely on straight line top speed and not about acceleration and handling. If that is the case, MX5 is not fast. However if you were to bring this MX5 round the track or corners, I am pretty sure the timing will proof otherwise.
No.2, this Punk is of course remorsed after what has happened, even murderer do feel remorse after killing someone, just like 95% of the changi prisoners. It is very obvious that this young punk has no intention to buy the car and was bascially looking for cheap thrill. And to test a car like MX5 under that kinda of traffic and weather condition? I think he is definitely a beginner driver or novice. -

Does knowing the entirely truth on who intro them down, who wanted to test drive of so help in anyway? Does pushing the blame here and there help in anyway. From what i understand the friend of the accused was initially interested in the RX8 and SpoonX asked him to buy from agent rather than PI and they went down without even going down looking for any specific SE. So happen the deaseased happen to serve them and so happen he also know her.
Then interest came to the accused after he saw the MX5.
He may be seriously interested in getting a 2nd car. He may have already tied to sell his car? For all i know both that went down came from quite well to do families and one of them (dun know which one thou) can jolly well full cash out the car if wanted to.
I'm not saying the accussed is not to blame. Let the court and police make the utimalte decision.
Now if u really pity the SE and the family, Instead of scolding and accusing here, Y not think of what u can do for the family? And also take this tragedy as a lesson learnt for us no to commit the same mistakes in whatever way we see this accident as.
I beleive u all know where the family members stay. If u really think u wan to help just go and give some donations. I think that will be more constructiev rather than in here pointing fingers. If not i ask SpoonX for the address.

The Bendeemer incident is still considered an accident bearing the fact that the driver did not foresee the that his act could result to deaths. Would he able to foresee, he would not have sped in the first place. A murderer who has an intent to kill had clearly foreseen that his/her act will result to death. Hence, it is a deliberate act. -

(1) You know both the SE and the Accused
(2) You were supposed to have lunch with the SE prior to the date of accident
(3) You asked the Accused to go Agent but didn't specify who to see?

You seem to single out fast car being more accident-prone. Anyway, the MX-5 was not speeding and hence it did not matter if it is fast or not. Your sentence appears to mean that a Ferrari is more prone to trouble than a Corolla which is untrue. -

Most super sports cars are driven by man in their mid life crisis, not young punks. Whenever a young punk drives a ferrari, chances are there will be trouble. -

Its been a long and tough battle of who is right or wrong.
May i say that some of you here claim its not "HIS " fault. Or whatever.
Some of you still say "i know him.."
Oh come on, For a car to be in that condition after a crash. Theres only one theory......

I drove mean machine too, RX7 , wrx, 180sx/200sx turbo, BIKES ..... and i will only stop When the speed indicate at 200km/h.

I will give him the middlefinger.......and the "...dont act stupid in front of my face..."
Now the gal had die, He is still alive, any thing "he " say will be as it is.?
Well, be it a "FF" or "FR" ........ the basic idea is Brake in an emergency. DID your TP instructor teach you to SWRIVE or take a HARD turn in any directions????

even though i am not at the crash site, i know the driver is covering his STUPID IDIOT act.

plus it is the SE or the car company that designates where the car should be test driven. it was the SE who guided the driver all the way until they got quite lost and ended up at a road unsuitable for test driving. it is really a pity that the SE died. but this is nobody's fault. if she had survived and the driver died, the media would point their finger at her, u realise that right? so nobody's at fault in this situation. just victims.. -
