MX 5 Test Drive Accident Part 2

I just came back from the poor Gals Wake at Yishun. Quite a Tragedy I must say.....Well.....some details are as follows bout the Lady.
She is a Christian. So naturally she had a Christian Wake. Hope the Lord has her safely in his arms now.....May God Bless her whole Family too...
Some of the things I heard at the Wake:
There were actually 2 drivers. 1 Guy Driving a Merc looking to buy a RX-8, and his fren, the Punk who caused Ms He's Death, Driving a Fiat Punto. I heard the Punk actually had no intention watsoever to buy a Car....but just wanted to test drive the MX-5 for FUN!! Which in turned caused the death of Ms He.
Apparently, this Guy had just obtained his license only, and asked to take the MX-5 for a Test Drive for FUN.......So Ms He attended to him, and they took a different Route other then the designated Route. Apparently while negotiating the Bends on the Metal Plates, the car, which was speeding, skidded....so the Punk actually applied brakes, and skidded even more....hence the Loss of Vehicle Control.
This is wat I got........So I guess the rest, u guys can see the end result.
May the Lord be with her, protecting her, guiding her, and give her happiness over in his Kingdom of Heaven.
May the Lord also Bless her Family with the Strength to carry on and to cope wif the Tragic Loss of their one and only Daughter.......

It's so unfair. She had to pay the ultimate price for his reckless mistake.
I hope we'll hear the full truth soon and the court will make him pay for the car and ban him from driving for life.* And maybe others will think twice about doing something like that again.

*Or we can tie him to the tyre wall at Follow-through at the Top Gear circuit as Clarkson and the Stig race past him.

initially that crossed my mind.
he is a warehouse supervisor but test drove a mx5. he must be damn rich or he is just testing it for fun. until someone said he drove a merc i thought my former opinion was correct.
so now who is right? was it the plates or his reckless driving? like any road accidents the driver who survived has 'little' to lose. a fine (great for the govt) and a ban benefits nobody.
it is just not good enough.
but what is? -

Usually it is reckless, since you are unsure of road condition even if it is the unoffical rt along Upp Paya Lebar (Tai Seng leg), you should not be speeding
His guilt? Till now he has never apologised, at least he regrets what he has done -
If you drive, you should have the common cow sense, to know that tyres can't grip metal plates on the roads!!! Wet or dry makes no freakin diff!

his driving skills very lousy also, needs some polishing..that's why lots of young punks nowadays overestimate their driving skills and go around speeding and doing foolish stunts, where in fact, you can tell their driving skills not up to standard
but too bad, i think he can say bye bye to his licence, i think in the future, if possible, he should refrain from driving
as i've mentioned, not only him, those who have kenna accidents before, be it fatal or minor, should refrain from driving in the future lah,
i hope to see on the roads, drivers with clean driving record and zero accident records, not drivers who have kenna demerit points or accidents before...very dangerous -
