Mercs and BMWs too heavy la.Originally posted by coolblue6699:According to you, everyday there will be a lot of Merc and BMW skidding around?? Unless all go on courses??
In day to day driving, there are not many differences between a FF or FR or MR. The differences come in when you pushed the car to the limit or you drive the car hard. When over the limit, they behave differently too.
Personally I find FR config has a better drive than FF config. Maybe I already used to it, I have more confidence pushing a FR throught a corner.

its an anime. in real life that sort of ridiculous drift angles are nigh impossible, and if u do it, u're going to be slower than an elephant stuck in quicksand.Originally posted by FDTurbo:Need to be skillful to drive FR cars as they tend to oversteer easily.Any tips from pro drivers to overcome it?

merc not too heavy to oversteer. Trust me, I know.Originally posted by nightsky87:Mercs and BMWs too heavy la.
But the MR2 and MR-S both oversteer quite easily.
Go buy Keiichi Tsuchiya 'Drift Bible' to get a better feel on drifting. For educational purpose only hor. please 'do not try this at home'
hehehehe................. why cant you just believe me that even I switch off traction control, I wont skid and oversteer easily?? My traction control on my E39 never activate before for my 3 yrs ownership, normal day to day drive or even with some sprited drive once a while wont oversteer the car easily unless you push the car to its limit.Originally posted by HENG@:Only if they all keh kiang n switch off traction control...
