Brake paddle popping upwards!!

Recently I realised that when I brake very gently at slow speed, my car's brake paddle is bouncing back on and off as I step on it gently. There is also a noise when this happens. Only when slowing down or very slow speed.
The feeling is like there are bumps on both sides of the brake disc, causing the brake pads to be go back to its original position. The 'ABS' light also came on but went off after I off and on the engine again.
I have a bad experience sometime back when my fd used the wrong polarity to jump start my car. Some fuse were blown.
Is it possible that my ABS fuse have blown?
Or it is some air in the brake hose or brake hose is having wera and tear?

did u have an accident recently???it cant be air in brake hose cause if there is the feeling should be spongy

if u notice resistance returning ur brake pedal depression, u probably have warped rotors or evenly worn brake pads. during braking, when the pads go over the uneven parts, it forces the calipers and consequently, the hydraulics and brake pedals away from the normal depressing of the calipers. this "return" pressure obviously messes up ur ABS sensors since they are pressure sensitive. they should result in very slight continous "nudges" against ur foot. my hunch anyway.

Is your ABS light an indicator of when it's in action, or a warning light? (Refer to your manual) If it's the latter it's something you should look into.

When ABS intervenes, you will feel it in a way like th brake pedal is pulsing up and down. It concludes that you are applying too much brake pressure and thus the pedal pulses up to release some pressure. If you feel it pulsing and the ABS light is on but the situation is not an emergency and you're not doing an E Brake then I think your ABS has malfunctioned. This is what I think - correct me if i'm wrong. Whatever the case, go to your workshop.
