Yo guys, wanted to cancel my CitySpeed Membership for 2 weeks now, but no reply from the support side and the sales rep from CityLimo that offered my the membership in the first place!! I recently ask how to cancel mine too and this is how it goes.
I send them (support side: [email protected]) a mail on my intention to cancel due to under-ultilisation of their service and within a few days, I got a reply from them saying that request is duly informed and I will get back my refundable deposit thru Giro. Quite a simple process. -
Heh.... it took me 2 months, 6 phone calls and 2 emails to get my refund back when they charged me twice for my membership fees... I even scolded them on their communications within their departments...

hmm. i sent them written letter 3 months ago indicating my desire to cancel my membership after it expires, and they got back to me only recently.... they said will refund me through my card but i havent go and check yet leh...

So far I've sent numerous emails to the support side but yet to receive any reply from them..haiz Gonna start calling and harrassing them soon....
