  It is 18 yo. However i did have a unit frd who was 17 when he got his military license.

  class 4 got min age? i thought 1 yr driving experience will do? anyway..i'm considering class 4 too..got 1 more licence so can tan jiak next time..hahaha.

  You need to be 21 years of age with 12 points in your DIPS to register yourself for class 4 else you will not be able to take class 4.

  Class 3 is 18. Last time is 16 if i remember correctly.
  Class 4 is 21 if i am not wrong.

  Correct indeed brother,I got my class 2B Licence at 17 yrs old,2A at 19 yrs old,3 at 22 yrs old and 4 at 27 years old.But yet to own any cars
