  today saw a car zoom pass me but weird like when it change gear or something..it give out a "coke can being open" sound..

  That's the BOV (Blow off Valve) of the car... normally used by turbocharged cars to relieve excess air pressure in their turbos...

  Depends... cars that come stock with turbos may have them fitted in already... But as for aftermarker BOVs, gotta check with LTA...
