why like that, to SOME sunny drivers??

I was as coming back from jb and as usual, there was heavy jam. If you have been there before, you should know the tail and head don't coincide. At first, i was happy in my lane, but as it progress nearer towards the custom, the queue joined. So i found myself stuck inbetween 2 lanes, can't move forward. Not a problem since I can always change lane and join one of the queues. But when I signal and want to cut in, this sunny driver refused to let me go in front of him. There was this gap that was suppose to let me do it nicely, but as i move foward right slowly, this sunny driver also went in to close the gap. wtf, i signal liao, and you can see it obviously i was stucked, so need to go into a proper lane. Why close my road? Nvm, sway lah, let him have his way lor.
So i want to do the same thing again behind him. This gap again, possible for me to put my nose in. But WTF, the second car also go in to close the gap until i got to turn left to avoid nose kissing. WTH, i look at it and it was another sunny. Luckily, I am able to do it after him.
Then as the queue progress, there was this jb car wanted to change to my lane. He was infront and is able to cut the sunny infront. But again, the sunny SIMPLY REFUSE to let him cut in. WTF!!!

Next time wind down your window and use your hand to signal to the person. In most cases, they will let you join the queue. Sometimes have to be polite a bit. The thing is if they let one car to go inthe drivers behind will start to make noise and even worst more cars will switch queue via his postion.

unfortunately, my experience on the road has taught me that many sunny drivers have bad attitudes. Usually, those cars that want to send me to meet my maker are the sunnies(sometimes i ride MC). Most likely they thought you wanted to cut queue by travelling on an improper lane at the last minute then slice in to reduce your waiting time.. Besides, signalling does not give you the right of way. It is polite yes but if signalling to people gives you the right to come in, then if you signal to someone you want his wallet/house/car, he must give you meh? Relax la.. no. If you have been there before, you will know that at first, there are 5 queues. Then when the queue come nearer to the custom, it suddenly become 4 queues. and JB cars take a while longer
like last fri i was going back from JB (with my uncle for dinner)...there was this stupid pink malaysian Matrix,never move for like 10min...my uncle horned twice and i put my hand up at the driver
then finally we got fed up and turned to another lane -
poor sunnys... got sterotyped by you.. haha~.. it's not sunny la.. just so happened sunny is the second top most selling car in singapore.. so higher percentage of meeting sunnys.. LOL!!!~

Especially for the 2nd sunny when he already saw that the first one lan lan din give way to me, so he should have been more courteous by giving me. Furthermore, it's not only me that is stuck, but a whole queue behind me. Normally, if you are in such circumstance, you will allow alternate cars to cut in. That is common sense and courtesy, tio boh? -

relax bro...dun stereotype sunny driver leh..in sgf, there are quite a number of sunny drivers...den liddat i muz stereotype all taxi drivers when i have bad experience with them? or i muz stereotype matrix driver cuz one kissed my butt and another one tailgated me at 150?
sometime it is the mentality of drivers..singaporeans are KS - kiasu, kiasi...well, sometimes these drivers are those who really teach u how to handle different situations on the road.. -
Bro, I am a Sunny driver. Read ur problem and need to clarify...it is not ALL Sunny drivers who is an asshole. Please do not categories them as such. I for one is always courteous on the road. On a normal road, if the car signals properly, I will give way, whether the change of lanes is due accident, the car wanting to turn, etc.
I also travel very frequently to JB and during the journey back, I always take the extreme right lane although it looks to be the longest queue. Unfortunately, in this circumstance, I will never give way because of those drivers who thinks that they do not need to queue and will follow the left side and cut in at the front. Is it fair to say that I am not being courteous not to let the driver cut in?
In ur case, I will give in as it is not ur fault.
Another great example is on the BKE turning to the PIE. Anyone who travels on that road will know of all those assholes who turns in to the middle lane at the very last minute instead of following the queue. Are we wrong if we do not give way to them even though they have signalled?
In ur case, it is just unfortunate that both cars that did not let u in was Sunny's but it does not mean all Sunny drivers are like that. -
If need to switch lane in such situation, always wind down window, stick your head out and wave to the driver with a smile, first car don let you go, second car normally will.
Signal alone doesnt help. -

Next time just force ur way in lor. Slowly inch inch inch. If he dont want less u cut, then u inch inside when the lane stops, and if he buang u, go claim his insurance. -
I understand why you are agitated, though both of you did nothing wrong in the eyes of the law, it is considered impolite of the other drivers not to let you filter in. Sad to say, you can see our local culture of kiasuism showing its head on the road. At a red, if there's two cars: one in lane 2, one in lane 3, and a car comes up behind the first one in lane 3, I see it ALL the time that car will always try and move his car all the way to lane 1 so that s/he can be first in the lane. This gives you the impression the guy in lane 1 wants to be first because s/he's rushing somewhere and doesn't want to be stuck behind a possibly slower vehicle in lane 2/3. I see taxis and civilian vehicles doing this all the time. I'm sure you're a very even tempered driver and I think that the way you expressed your unhappiness is much more mature than can be said for some drivers I've seen on the road.
About the alternating giving of way thing, the problem is sometimes when you give in to one, the one behind tends to try to rush in too. This is something I have noticed. My way is to give the driver I am giving way to, enough room to come in, then ease into the gap gently so the next one understands it's not a free for all

i know not all sunny drivers have bad attitudes. That's why my title specifically stated "SOME". But my experience told me that quite a number of attitude drivers drove sunnies. i tried that. But what he did? He moved right abit and then move a little more forward so thathis nose is inches infront of me.(To help visualizing, I am cutting to the right...). So with him inces in front, i can't buang him. That he purposely move right and then move forward is what makes me so pissed off.
