SG Laws on Cars modifications!?

  Hey guys.. wat are the NEW LAWS on SG car modifications?
  
  1. No tinted windows for more than ___%.. 10 or 15%?
  2. No decal with more than 3 colours?
  3. No painted number plates?
  4. No super loud engines.
  5. No LED lights? isit? i like angel lights!
  6. No disco lights inside the car?
  7. No Bottom car lights? wats the jargon againz?
  8. No colored headlights..
  
  i heard that now can tint almost all the windows except the front rite?
  
  The list goes on yeah??
  WAT ELSE? WAT ELSe!!~
  I'm not very sure of all these above..
  Someone? Update me please..
