  anyone knows how 2 go 2 e punggol area juz beside e sea???
  u no e area whr TCS or rather mediacorp like 2 go there 2 shoot scenes??
  pls kindly show me e way there like on e streetdirectory.com

  you mean punggol track 17 is it? go in by the directions towards punggol marina, mid way along an unmark road with no lane markings, quite near to the sea, you can see the railings there. u will get your car quite dirty if u wan to go in. but for what i know, the last time i was there, dunno who placed a big stone block the entrance(man-made entrance). Normally will see bikes there and pple fishing.

  Punggol end is a beautiful place , breezy ...... quiet ..... less crowded ....... traditional ...... un-develope ...... it's what most people in Singapore need .
  
  Just drive all the way til the ned from Punggol Rd , Punggol 21 area , all the way til the dead end .
  
  Wind down your window , the nearer you reach the shore , you can smell the sea breezing into your window .

  Theres another place where you can find it breezy and next to the beach. Drive towards sembawang park turn right before the end which will pass by bukaroo resturant and drive all the way in straight. you will see a white 2 storey building which looks like a chalet but is actually a resturant, drive in there will be a gate open leading to the sea side and you can park your car there and enjoy the breeze. But seems like at night quite alot of cars there. You may try during the weekdays.
