Cars running

Anyone saw a group or drivers dashing around orchard road at around 4am on 1st Jan after the countdown. Some nice cars running around but den again at fast speed and dangerous manners. Mostly subarus and hondas.
estimated around 140km on certain stretch of orchard (I tagging along around 120)
Still though a normal night out driving slowly, all the cars were driving at normal speed. 1 STI start to blow and all of a sudden all the cars around me all pump up. so tag along and join the fun but den again... reach orchard tower see police all slow down again. no police, all run again.
Not bad ... at least once in a while can see more than 20 cars running around.
Not that often to see many cars running together and causing so much noise at orchard blvd. lolz -

wana speed go to a track. dnt endanger innocent lives on the roads. -
Very very irresponsible... Orchard Road after the New Year Countdown is full of people crossing the roads... These peeps should be given compulsory jail terms and have their cars confiscated.. Fine and demerit points alone are useless in deterring these people.

ermm... 4 am... not really that many people. only at certain part like orchard tower.. taka front... from blvd to U-turn at tanglin mall back to orchard, I can even use my fingers to count how many pedestrain.
I wonder... are those drivers friends or is it because of 1 monkey start to rave, the rest of the monkeys follow suit... lolz... -
