Queries on Cat E COE

Assuming I have ordered a car in Dec 05. The car dealer called today (Jan 06) and said:

I will give u cat E that was gotten in Dec 05 ($13,302) to register as cat B ($9,001)...

- Should I take up the offer?
- What would be the number reflected in the COE cert after I get the car?
- How does PQP come into play? Is PQP over 3 mths or 3 tenders??

Next time your Rebate will be based on the $9001. Not $13,302.

PQP? is it the cancellation of purchase contract?? usually is over 3 tenders right?

What is PQP????

What i think you mean is if your salesman fail your bid 3 times then the entire purchase agreement is null and void.

but if i am wrong tell me what's PQP. like what it stands for.

PQP = PRice Quota PRemium or something lidat
its the average over 2 months not tender
and this PQP is only for when you wan to renew ur COE after 10yrs den u will pay the PQP for that month or if renew 5yrs den u pay half lor
