Cheap PIAA?

  Does anyone know where i can get PIAA other than Autobacs who is selling me what they previously sold for $114 and $164 now!!!!!
  
  Why the $50 increase? I don't remember Japanese Yen skyrocketed.
  
  I am eyeing the 60/55w 6400K H4 bulbs.
