Kena Summon, need Help.

Last time i posted, i kena key scratched.
NOW, my father's car kena summon for parking outside.
"Parking on non broke double yellow line" - my offence.
AND, i'm sure it's a reported case by those stupid neighbours because for the past 12 years that i've been living here. We've never gotten a summon for parking outside our house.
This is infuriating.
I feel as though we're on "Desperate Housewives". Soon i'll conspire to kill someone already.
ANYWAY, anyone knows whats the consequences for this offence?

u can write an e-mail and appeal. cos my aunt lived in a terrance estate. she have like 3 cars. her neigbhours 2. of cos the front wouldnt be enuff for the 3 cars. (one of it is a rx300 BTW)
so the family have to park the other 2 cars outside the house. den the 2 cars always kena summoned.
after which she wrote an e-mail/letter explainingthat she do not have enuff space in the front, she attach the car plate numbers of the 2 cars parked outside.
since den the 2 cars stayed summone free while the other cars keep having papers on their wipers...
