  my friend kena caught for recycling coupon..
  
  24 pts + $400...
  
  happened at cck stadium... the man in plain clothes walked up to him when he opened his car door..
  
  he showed the pass to my friend and ask for his coupon..
  
  now adays.. so jialat..

  my friend open the car door.. den the man came out of the van and showed him the pass.. "may i take a look at your coupon?"

  one of my friend who's bro used to work in the HDB parking department.
  
  apparently the siao gina parking warrant will see ur coupon whether he/she thinks it is recycled. after they confirm it is recycled. they will call up HQ/police and both the siao gina and the poor HQ/police guy will hide one corner wait for u.
  
  once they see u they will approach you on the spot for you coupon. if really recycled on the spot give u invoice den u LPPL.
  
  sibei free squat one corner wait for u if they dun haf van / vehicle like the above case.
  
  imagine u one whole day disappear den they haf to wait for u....

  i don't think kena 24 points leh.
  
  The demerit points system is in place to discourage dangerous driving that's why if you notice all along it is awarded to reckless/dangerous driving.
  
  TP last month also say violating bus lanes no more a Demerit point offence.
  
  SOmemore... demerit points is a TP system.
  
  Coupon is URA/HDB system.
  
  But recycling coupon is a cheating offence which can be a criminal offence if they want to pursue.
  
  Yah, i heard they will wait by your car to confront you one. So if you recycle, just stay alert, if you see a suspicious van, walk away from your car and come back that night. haha.
