List of Cheap Car Parks in CBD / town Area and ERP charges?

  Hello... am new to this forum. Hope I will feel at home here...
  
  Anyway, I am looking for a list of car park rates in CBD / town area. Wonder if anyone has one already? It will be great if someone has a compilation of open air car parks, multi-storey car parks, etc.
  
  Anywhere within the perimeters of Novena - Beach Road - World Trade Centre - Tiong Bahru - River Valley will be good! Especially within Orchard, Shenton Way, Chinatown and City Hall.
  
  Also, if anyone is familiar with ERP charges at the different gantries, please share them. What I am concerned about is the charges at different gantries at different timing.
