Need help with my driving liscence. I need to convert to international one. Anyone know where to do it? I heard it's only valid for 1 year and have to pay $20. Please help

Depends on the country you are going you might not need an international license at all.
International license is just a translation of your current license.. nothing else. Some lousy looking booklet that some countries don't recognise it as valid ID.
You can get it at Automobile Association for $60 i think valid for 1 year only.

IF you are going USA & Canada, Intl license will help by extending your allowable limit to drive with a foreign license to up to 6 months to a year depending on the jurisdiction.
