  I heard that go-cart track wont be open after raining to clear the track of water...

  Who says cannot go kart in the rain???

  ok fine u got ur passport... but if ur a singaporean and a male.. ur liable for NS... and i am not sure if u need to apply for exit permit to go m'sia... even if its prolly for a day nia...
